  2. The order information is securely transmitted to our production provider.
  3. The product is manufactured according to the selected specifications.
  4. The finished product is shipped directly to the customer.

Printify acts solely as a production and fulfillment provider. The commercial relationship, customer service obligations, and responsibility toward the customer remain exclusively with ByNuriel.

3. Designs and Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, illustrations, graphics, text, visual elements, and creative concepts displayed on ByNuriel are owned by ByNuriel or are used with appropriate authorization.

It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Copy our designs.
  • Reproduce them partially or completely.
  • Resell them.
  • Distribute them digitally.
  • Use them for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

Purchasing a product from ByNuriel does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the customer.

4. Products

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

However, customers acknowledge that minor differences may occur between the images displayed online and the final product due to:

  • Screen settings and monitor differences.
  • Normal variations in printing processes.
  • Material characteristics.
  • Manufacturing tolerances.

These variations are not considered product defects.

5. Orders

When placing an order with ByNuriel, customers agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Customers are responsible for verifying:

  • Shipping address.
  • Contact information.

Once production has started, we may not be able to modify or cancel an order.

6. Pricing and Payments

After reviewing the case, we may provide an appropriate solution, including:
